curry nosher User ID: 70984891 Nepal 03/08/2019 10:18 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Nope, not if they launch something based off the Hwasong-15: [link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)] That's only true if they launch an Unha: [link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)] I have a hard time believing it will be an Unha. I don't know dude. Most of their military still uses SKS Kind of shocking that after everything that's happened in the past two years that you still underestimate and dismiss North Korea's ballistic missile and nuclear programs... Thread is full of shills mate, they only care about division and knocking Trump. I think it would be extremely unwise for kim to test an icbm at this point. He may instead opt for a space launch of sorts which be still be an icbm test tbf, but if he uses say a sat launch as cover then he is kind of covered, although we all know what the score is but at least theirs some room left for negotiation with that. An icbm test as a delivery system ... not good at all and back to square 1 imo. |

Malu nli User ID: 77413406 United States 03/08/2019 10:39 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | That is one ironic statement. Lmao. That obsolete equipment can put out about 750,000 rounds of 155 MM artillery per hour on Seoul , they have the largest special forces in the world, and a military specifically designed to protect their mountainous terrain with hundreds of miles of tunnels and underground bases with hospitals. They would be one of the hardest countries in the world to defeat. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 77181486 United States 03/08/2019 11:31 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My guess would be a Space launch vehicle with four gimballed engines. The last space launch vehicle called the Kwangmyongsong had four static engines and four vernier rockets. It was very similar to the Unha-3. Kwangmyongsong is also the name of their two polar orbit spy satellites. The Hwasong-15 has two gimballed engines, similar to the Titan2 ICBM which was converted into an SLV for the Gemini spacecraft. |

Quoting: Shad0 Fuck The Democrats there out at the moment. this is bigger than The Democrats. We will all be in it. |

So who’s administration let this happen, who’s administration sold out American jobs and corporations, who’s administration let this race war begin, who’s administration let the economy go to shits, who’s administrationlet our military go to crap, who’s administration. Trump has been cleaning up all this crap. What other options should he try. He is trying everything. Atleast he is doing something. I want to know what Obama did during his administration other then purposely let everything go to shit. Oh wait he helped a lot of poor black people get free shit. He opened the books for a lot of different illegal immigrants/felons , American haters inside the country. He also allowed Muslims a place to worship in the whitehouse. Forgot about that part. |

I'm sure they can.... North Korea is on par with the United States in terms of ICBMs and nuclear warheads. The only difference is the numbers. They can reach any part of the US with variable yield hydrogen bombs. The Hwasong-14 probably has only one warhead and is probably comparable to the Minuteman-3. THE Hwasong-15 can bring at least four warheads to any location in the US. They manufacture both plutonium and enriched uranium. Their plutonium was tested in 1992 as having a Pu-240 content of 2.44% That means they may be able to use it in gun-type suitcase nukes since it wont suffer from predetonation because of early neutrons produced by Pu-240. They also have a uranium enrichment program that runs far more advanced centrifuges. Most likely they have the IR-8. which may be able to enrich at 20 times the rate as the P-1. |
