That obsolete equipment can put out about 750,000 rounds of 155 MM artillery per hour on Seoul , they have the largest special forces in the world, and a military specifically designed to protect their mountainous terrain with hundreds of miles of tunnels and underground bases with hospitals. They would be one of the hardest countries in the world to defeat. No. Their food stores wouldn't last long. You'd starve them out. They'd probably have a coup in them bunkers and start offing each other. You overestimate socialists. Good observation.
