I think the Russians and Chinese have the potential to benefit tremendously from the intelligence in these NK launches. I'd guess the NK can't launch until they give the ok. They want all eyes an instruments on them. They also want an initially threatening trajectory.

This can't escalate much more. That fact that this summit did not work out was all the more clue to how close we were to war before. Neither side wanted to be there. I hope/pray that diplomacy works.
