I am also sure that you can explain, why the acceleration in the second experiment, with the same setup but the tube under atmospheric pressure, is the same though the rocket is, in addition to the "frame", "pushing" against the air. . He means the metal frame on the outside of the box. He does not believe the box accurately simulates "the vacuum of Space".
