Researchers have reportedly detected a set of health problems they say could be symptoms of ovarian cancer.

This is the first official recognition that doctors may be able to detect the cancer in its early stages before it spreads.

The American Cancer Society lists these symptoms to watch out for:

# Bloating;
# Pelvic or abdominal pain;
# Difficulty eating;
# Feeling full too quickly
# Frequent or urgent need to urinate.

Women who experience these symptoms every day for more than two to three weeks are advised to see their gynecologist.

While researchers say not all of the symptoms may be cancer-related, it's better to get them checked out early.

The disease is one of the deadliest cancers because most cases are diagnosed late, after the cancer has begun to spread.
