the biggest problem is locating the earth in space during the past. sending something or someone into the past would most likely place them in space.

It's not "where". Because in quantum everywhere can be "here", given the information is correct. As the quantum experiences entropy, the "here" changes and we experience it as time. But in the deeper reality, there is nothing stopping us from recreating a given "here" or "there" to slip into that place and "time".

Personally, I believe all time occurs simultaneously, like a stack a optical disc's and that the only thing separating one reality from another is an incredible strong magnetic buffer.

OP here. It seems impossible to me but I am not a physicist or an electrical engineer. Maybe Marshall Barnes has some inside info but I believe that if it were possible there would have to be several realities in existence and that's hard for me to wrap my brain around. I think that Marshall is on the right track but we wont know for sure until 2020 I guess.

More atoms attract each other under gravity to form matter, planets and stars.

I've leaned towards this analogy. That existence itself is derived from a primordial "will to exist" - a single "point" of potential. That potential is infinite and as such, creates realities (energy and/or dimensions) that form conscious expression. These realities can co-exist in parallel without interfering with one another.

The potential is infinite, thereby having no limitations of "mass" because energy is infinite.

If they have done this, they were wrong and cause the Mandela Effect which could be saying, another timeline layered over ours. See if you find anything that point to things being different than what is said to be right now, then it can only be layering timelines. Mess with time and it is cause and effect possibility, are people crazy enough to have done this already sure they have more brains than understanding the problem they cause or we would never have had an Atom bomb.
