Is it just me or is Astro a low information liberal blinded by feelings and cant see facts and love his fellow human?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77190400

Is it me, or are you a fucking dipshit who thinks threatening people and driving to confront them with baseball bats is an expression of "love for fellow humans?" If you can't see how the facts of the story justify his arrest, then go fuck yourself. You sound just like the assholes who threaten me and think it's perfectly fine.

It's just you.

Fuck you too. I'm not a shill, you stupid fuck.
 Quoting: Dr. Deplorable Astromut

Hey I like Astro, Interesting topics. The irony of GLP is that of BIAS in light of us all seeking the truth here. I am a TRUMP supporter and posted the story about the MASSAGE PARLOR Kraft went to and owner posing with Trump at Mara Lago. We have to be willing to see past our bias in search of the truth, Astromutt is speaking the truth as I see it even though it may go against someones belief. I wouldn't be afraid to post certain things on here even though they go against the grain. IF want the truth it isn't always going to be to your liking and most of us here are enlightened enough to seek the truth good bad or ugly.

This observation deserves an award. You are right on spot.

Let me add; I was charged with having a SCREWDRIVER as an illegal weapon in California while riding my Harley Davidson motorcycle and I needed it to keep my carburetor tuned on an old shovelhead S&S carb. "They" said because I was associated with a motorcycle "club" that I "could possibly" have intent on using it as a weapon? Yeah, seriously!

having sporting equipment inside your car is NOT PROOF OF A VIOLENT CRIME OR PROOF YOU ARE GOING TO WACK SOMEBODY AROUND THE HEAD WITH IT..

No, but if you make threats that you're going to do just that, and then you take concrete steps to do it like putting baseball bats in your car and drive across the country to confront the person or company you threatened, then that's a very different matter. Context matters.

Kyle Long, 33, of Maine, charged with making criminal threats against Google
•Arrested Sunday near Google's main campus in Mountain View, California
•Long was allegedly angry that YouTube, which is owned by Google, had shut down his channel and hurt him financially
•Police in Mountain View had been warned about Long by officers in his hometown in Maine and in Iowa
•Last April, disgruntled YouTuber Nasim Aghdam shot and wounded three people at the YouTube campus in San Bruno before killing herself

A man who drove more than 3,300 miles from Maine to California to confront Google officials over the fate of his YouTube channel has been arrested with three baseball bats in his car's trunk.

Police in Mountain View, the San Francisco-area city where Google's sprawling campus is located, were warned by two out-of-state agencies that Kyle Long was on his way and arrested him Sunday on suspicion of making criminal threats.

According to a press release from the Mountain View Police Department, the 33-year-old Waterville, Maine, resident was upset because his YouTube channel had been shut down.

He allegedly told his hometown police that he would get violent if his Google confrontation didn't go well.

Google is the parent company of YouTube. The company's Mountain View headquarters employs as many as 20,000 people
