Excellent.

Hopefully it works as well here.

If honest people turn in long guns or lose them somehow, only criminals and militarized police will have them.

3 Demon-crap women introduced this.

I don't give this a snowball chance in hell of passing.

But I would like these Bitches slapped on their asses by their Colleagues or a Judge.

They better not leave it to the Citizens to do it.

Firearms Registration Act Introduced in Pennsylvania

HB0768, known as the Firearms Registration Act, would require gun owners in the Keystone State to register firearms with the Pennsylvania State Police.

WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THESE GOD DAMN PEOPLE, DO THEY NOT KNOW THE LAW OF THE FUCKING LAND?

The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

the Second Amendment was codified among our unalienable rights, (which cannot be lawfully abridges by individuals or governments). When our government becomes physically hostile to the unalienable rights of the citizens, the militia is the last-line-of-defense. The Second Militia Act of 1792 federally mandated every male between the ages of 18 and 45 arm themselves with privately owned assault weapons at their own expense. This was not to hunt squirrels, but to hunt tyrants. The weapons specified in the 1792 Act were equal to and superior to the state-of-the-art assault weapons carried by all military personnel at the time. That would be the point of owning a weapon with a high volume of fire, to give yourself a fighting chance.

“Forty years ago, when the resolution of enslaving America was formed in Great Britain, the British Parliament was advised…to disarm the people; that it was the best and most effectual way to enslave them; but that they should not do it openly, but weaken them, and let them sink gradually, by totally disusing and neglecting the militia…” (In Virginia’s Ratifying Convention, Elliot p.3:379-380)

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 15919010

Don't worry, In Pennsylvania there are ten of thousands of us locked and loaded, ready to defend the Constitution against these domestic enemies. If they don't leave via the ballot box then the shit will get real. You will see bloodshed in these parts that has not been witnessed since the Civil War.

Most of the police and sheriffs are on are side and intend to also defend the constitution with us.

Bad day for communism and the NWO.

This won't ever pass in PA. We still have republican control in the state congress, even though we have a horridly liberal cuck of a governor.

This was introduced by a couple of deadheaded dems and has 0 chance of even making it out of committee. They want 10 bucks per gun, per year, and a registry which I guess will have to be run by the PSP who can barely run the PICS background check and the pistol registry they have now.

Not only is this for making money to line someones pockets, it's getting rid of guns and in their minds they see themselves as brilliant.

PA won't go down easy. Well, the cities will, but the rest isn't going anywhere.

PA here. We have a very powerful gun culture. Plus the Reps own the state house and senate even though we have a Dem governor. I doubt the Dems would do much in PA even if they had all the power. It would be political suicide in this state.
