You haven't seen the inside of a college in a long time, if ever. Those ridiculous 'studies' classes are not electives! The only choice you get in a degree program, if you're lucky, is which 'studies' class you're going to take per semester. Nobody escapes.

Yes, if you're a complete nutter, you can even major in something so stupid but very few do and of those few, almost all are Affirmative Action students who have no business in college in the first place because they can barely read and write. That was probably the original idea of those classes: placeholder courses for morons the government is forcing on academic institutions.
