His attorney won the case of the fellow that was accused of being the Atlanta Bomber at the Olympics years ago.

He took them to the cleaners. It will be like shooting fish in a barrel.

Maybe that's how US Civil war II will go - a war of attrition with each sides heavy hitters being taken out by mercenary snipers funded by Bitcoin donations.

Nathan Phillips should be sued, but I don't think it's practical to do so. Not because he doesn't appear to have any money, but because he will never admit he made the entire situation happen.

He knows good and well that he chose to go out of his way, leading his group, to get in someone's face with his drum. He knows there are people who literally cannot stand to have a stranger in their personal space let alone one that is beating a drum and chanting. He knew what really happened all along, but he spun a narrative which he may now believe despite all contrary evidence.

He continued to know this during his media interviews and when he staged another protest in front of the church. And he is convinced that somehow he's owed an apology.

He knows the "old" black people he was "protecting" were not old and did not need protection from anyone because no one was bothering them. The only reason anyone was paying any particular attention to them is because they were yelling vile, racist (etc.) insults at seemingly everyone who was not in their little group.

But, IF Nathan was "protecting" them, why wouldn't he go stand WITH them? He knows they would never let him appear to be part of their group. But, despite that, he made up a story that in no way fit what that group was like. They were 100% not being harassed. And the first second it popped into their heads to call it a day and go home, I am sure no one tried to even slow them down, let alone stop them.

The celebrities, media, etc. acted badly. But, they weren't there so there is a slight possibility that a few of them were dim enough to actually believe the story of someone the media described as a "Native American elder" and a "Vietnam veteran" (although plenty of for-real Vietnam veterans have been harrassed and will be harassed, but if the harrassers aren't kids in MAGA hats, they don't care).

But, their behavior was so egregious, they definitely deserve the lawsuits they're getting. I think they never imagined kids from Kentucky knew about lawyers.

I mean, this whole mess is just disgusting.

There's at least 50 or more outlets to be sued... I was expecting the lawsuit to be $500 mill+.

the powers that own bill marh and the fake news MSM media are trillionaires they can afford to pay 50 million if they had to. they wont lose but it they had to it would only be a single drop in their ocean of money they have access to.
