How do those absolute fucking idiots in Palm Springs who cut down those "racist" trees reconcile environmentalism with what they've done?

Absolute shit-4-brains assholes who destroyed not only healthy trees, but the homes for birds, mulch from fallen leaves, and shade for houses which lowers the owners' air conditioning bills (which helps lower fossil fuel use).

These people are fucking nuts!

The city council of Palm Springs needs to take the gerbils out of their assholes and start using their brains.

Pardon me...not gerbils. That's a myth. What's the word I'm looking for....ummmm... dildos! That's it.

What I want to know is what, if anything, did they replace them with? A net would be very unsightly compared to those beautiful old trees, but nothing would be very dangerous for the surrounding neighborhood.

Whoever was behind the tree removal is the poster child for cutting off your nose to spite your face.

NO, they are trying to get back to the center for moderate votes after their exposed baby killing tendencies,communistic utopia plans via environmentalism, black face racists, sexual assault hypocrisy, and letting illegals vote. people now realize how radical they are. so now theyre rolling back their rhetoric. Even watch some CNN. Toned down a lot since they know Mueller investigation was a fraud now. theyre eevn rolling back "impeachment proceedings too before 2020 election because theyre realizing their hate for America is showing too much. While they tone down the rhetoric....believe me, the agenda stays the same.

I think Maher should be gender "corrected".

Had a friend, years ago, that had a house on a golf course with a screened in pool. He would routinely find gold balls in his pool and new holes in his screens. Even got a second story window busted out once. He would have killed for a line of racist trees.

Yup. That'll happen. That's why it's so dumb that these people were complaining about this. Trees are a necessity along holes where there are people living nearby. Golf course owners put trees there to protect the residents, not discriminate against them.

Now, here's some smart neighbors. I don't know why they would possibly ever want them removed, though. They have shade and protection from flying golf balls. The other neighbors are in the direct line of fire now.

Funny. The story you linked was trying to distance itself from the claim of racist trees and claiming the trees were invasive and a fire hazard.

I looked all over and couldn't find anything that mentioned a net being put up to replace the trees so I have only to assume they just planted a bunch of shrubs and windows are getting broken and children knocked off of bicycles all over that neighborhood now. But hey, at least Palm Springs can say they're not racist anymore.
