Hackers sharing info with the world which 'they' didn't want shared so they 'temporarily' took the site/s down...that is my best bet...

The hackers also tried on other sites too..particularly social media sites.. isn't that awful strange/coincidental?..

I don't use Facebook, Twitter or Instagram by the way...
