Relationships are supposed to be partnerships. Doesn't matter how many times I say it, no one ever listens.

You are supposed to take care of each other. If each person put the other one first in a relationship, and went out of their way to make the other happy, there would be a lot more happy relationships.

You know pretty quickly in a relationship if that person is a match or not. If that person is selfish, and thinks that their needs, time, and peace are more important than the other partner's, then it will never work.

I would never marry someone that couldn't understand those basic principles.

Seems like everyone today, on both sides, just wants a servant.
