What's with his lawyer wearing a low-cut dress?
I'd cite her with contempt of court unless she covers up.
Will the judge so order?
Or are we seeing the same kind of judge procured for sen. robt menendez's trial?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73054960 I am serious about this. Is a female lawyer deliberately dressing this way to in some way influence the court, either by allowing herself to be a distraction or by accusing the judge of "bias" against a woman if he asks her to knock off the blatant ploy. This is a court of law, not a hollywood drama. Save the low-cut dress for your leisure activities. Don't want to be treated like a girlie, don't dress like one when engaged in professional activity. An innocent client wouldn't need this obvious show. A good lawyer doesn't need to do this. They know that their client is in big trouble and hope for a mistrial or appeal. Laughingstock and offense against women who want their work abilities fairly judged everywhere. It's not worth it. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73054960 Dude it’s not that revealing AND SHE ISNT THAT ATTRACTIVE... It certainly won’t be distracting anybody and it’s really not that off base for a female lawyer You act like she’s in a 2 piece She’s ugly anyways
