The reason that gold has real value is that it comes from the sun – it is condensed sunlight. The sun produces etheric gold, and the earth condenses it: for billions of years the sun’s rays have been traveling through space and penetrating deep into the earth, where entities work to turn it into matter. And it is from there that we now obtain gold, just as in summer we pick fruit from a tree when it is ripe. Humans will fight for gold, kill for gold, but that is not what the sun wants. The sun wants to accomplish something good and glorious in them through the medium of gold. If they had made the effort to understand the sun’s plans from the moment they first saw it shining above their head, they would now know how to make use of the beneficial energies it sends out into space. They would use them not only for their physical health but also to help their spiritual bodies grow and blossom. For it is possible to go back to the beginning of the process of condensing gold and, at its source, rediscover the light, warmth and power of the sun.
"We know gold in its solid state only. But, in fact, the metal we go in search of in the bowels of the earth exists at first in an igneous state. This is what Hermes Trismegistus is referring to when he says, ‘The sun is its father, the moon is its mother, the wind carried it in its belly, and the earth nursed it.’ Yes, the father of gold is the sun – the sun produces it, every ray is gold – and the moon is the reflection of this gold. The sun’s rays come down through the air to reach the earth and penetrate it, and there they condense. So, the sun produces gold in its etheric state, and the earth condenses it. In the sun, gold is too volatile; it can only be condensed in the bowels of the earth, where particular materials capable of fixing it are found.
And, in springtime, when you watch the sunrise, think of yourself as being a soil, in which the gold from the sun’s rays can come to deposit itself and settle."
"Where does people’s fascination with gold come from? It is simple; gold attracts them because in their depths, in their subconscious, they know a secret: that gold is condensed, materialized sunlight and that this light contains all the riches of life. It is more important to seek light than to seek gold, for light represents the head, so to speak, whereas gold represents the tail.
Light is the soul, and gold is the body. If you touch the body without touching the soul, you really touch nothing. If you possess the body without possessing the soul, all you hold in your arms is a corpse. And you must understand that it is actually dangerous to want to possess gold before you have the light. You know what happens if you take a snake by the tail – you get bitten. You have to take a snake by the head, and then not only will you be safe but the tail will follow the head. "
"The goal of the alchemist is to produce the philosopher’s stone which transforms all metals into gold. But in order to become a true alchemist, one must be more than a good chemist. To carry out a successful experiment, the chemist need only know how to manipulate material substances. But the alchemist must go much further, and to succeed he must introduce other elements into his work. Some alchemists who know perfectly the formula for producing the philosopher’s stone have never achieved anything, despite having carefully prepared all the elements. To prepare the philosopher’s stone is less a physical process than a psychic and spiritual one, and to obtain it, we must study the virtues and realize them inwardly. On this condition alone will matter obey us, and will we become true alchemists."
"We are gold diggers. Yes, we too want to become rich. But instead of digging the earth or sifting the sand of the riverbeds, we turn towards the rising sun every morning, trying to capture its light and condense it into energy and inspiration. Alchemists, who had studied the metals and their origin, said that gold is nothing more than the light of the sun condensed into the bowels of the earth. Some of them were even able to reverse the process of condensation and find in physical gold all the light, warmth and life of the sun. Using certain methods, they succeeded in extracting and absorbing from a strip of gold all the energy the sun had condensed into it over thousands of years. And we still do not know how much power a few grams of gold contain."
"It is their lower natures that motivate people to seek money, to satisfy their greed, their need to dominate others or to exact revenge. Our higher nature does not crave money, it needs only light, freedom, heavenly splendour, and infinity – and money cannot provide these.
It is true that money is necessary for material life: you need a house and adequate furnishings. But for the soul, the spirit, or the mind, money is useless. Neither gold nor silver have ever driven away inner darkness.
If you seek money and not light – that is to say, the knowledge of initiatic science, an expanded consciousness, a love of God and all creatures – it is obvious that you are controlled by your lower nature. And if you love light, it shows that you already possess gold in the spiritual realm and, thanks to this gold, you can buy health, beauty, power, wisdom, love and freedom."
Before it existed in a solid state deep in the earth, gold first existed in an igneous state, and it is to this gold that Hermes Trismegistus refers when he says: ‘The sun is its father, the moon is its mother, the wind has carried it in its belly, and the earth is its nurse.' Yes, it is the sun who is the father of gold, it is he who produces it; each of his rays is gold. The moon is the reflection of this gold. Through the air the sun's rays descend to earth where they condense and become this metal we call gold. Thus, the sun produces gold in its etheric state, and the earth condenses it. In the sun, gold is too volatile to become set: this solidification can only take place deep in the earth where there are materials capable of stabilizing it. And you, when you look at the sun, realize that you are a kind of earth into which the gold of its rays will be deposited and condensed
"In life on earth as it is today no reasonable person would deny that money is useful. But it is only in the material plane that money is of any use. In the psychic plane, in the spiritual plane, you can do no good with money. There it is light you need, light which is fluid gold. If you love the light, if you know how to attract it, you already possess gold in the spiritual plane. The richer you are with such gold, the better you are able to go to the celestial shops to 'buy' what you cannot find in any other shop, i.e. wisdom, love, truth, infinity and eternity. This is why initiates endeavour to accumulate as much gold as possible in the spiritual plane in order to enrich themselves with qualities and virtues and subsequently make others benefit from them. Earning money is of no great significance to them, but with their light, they continue to attract the gifts of Heaven and distribute them to the people around them."
"What is wisdom? Gold – gold from the sun. Yes, wisdom, spiritual gold, comes from the sun. You can buy anything in the soul and spirit world with this gold, just as on earth you can buy anything you want with physical gold. When you go to the shops above, you are asked, ‘Do you have any gold?’ and if you say yes your bags are filled with goods.
In the morning, at sunrise, we collect gold, specks of gold, with which we can buy anything in heaven: love, joy, expansion, fulfilment… So many people still do not understand the importance of going in the morning to watch the sun rise! They may have gold in their safes, and that’s fine, but if they do not understand the value of spiritual gold, sooner or later they will be bankrupt inside. "
"If gold possesses real value, it’s because it comes from the sun; it is condensed sunlight. The sun produces etheric gold, and the earth fixes it: for billions of years its rays have travelled through space and penetrated to the depths of the earth, where entities work to turn it into matter. And now we mine gold here, just as in summer we pick ripe fruit from a tree.
Humans fight for gold and kill each other for gold, but that is not what the sun wants. The sun wants to realize something good and glorious in them through the medium of gold. Ever since they first saw the sun shining overhead, they should have understood its plans and learnt to use the beneficial forces with which gold is replete, not only for their physical health but also for the flowering of their spiritual bodies. For it is possible to trace the course of the condensation process of gold back to the light, warmth and power of the sun."
"We need money to live, of course, but not very much of it. It is the impulses of the lower nature – sensuality, ambition, the will to power – that make humans so grasping and greedy. Their higher nature does not demand money. It requires only freedom, infinity, heavenly splendours, which money cannot give. Money is of no use to the soul and spirit, as it has no power to dispel inner darkness.
So look closely at yourself, and know that if money is important to you it means you are in the grip of your lower nature. In order to escape it, you must seek light, expansion of consciousness and love for the Lord. When you seek the light, you already have gold – yes, the gold found in the spiritual banks – and thanks to this gold you will be able to ‘buy’ the best of everything you could wish for in heaven’s shops. "
"We use lead to screen out certain harmful vibrations, but gold's protective power is far superior to that of lead, and it, too, could be used to make screens which would receive, and even amplify, only favorable influences. Yes, imagine a very small cell lined with gold leaf, which you could use for meditation, in order to do work that would benefit you and the whole world. It would be worth trying such an experiment, but as the cost of the installation would be exorbitant it is obviously out of the question, for the time being, anyway.
So, in the meantime, let us at least be aware of the gold we already possess, so that we can work with it. For we also have gold in our physical body. Yes, our blood contains gold, and this gold gives us energy for work and, therefore, for acquiring wealth. And it also keeps us safe from disease, because it emits a type of vibration that prevents germs and viruses from invading us. Furthermore, in another form, gold illuminates our consciousness; with this gold we receive wisdom, and we penetrate the secrets of nature. No doubt, it is useful to amass gold in our coffers, but it is so much more useful and essential to increase the gold in ourselves!"
