If you don't think they can, think again, the DOJ shut down Pokerstars, FullTilt, and Absolute several years ago for the offshoring part.

I think your first assertion to be more valid. In the coming days much of the "Churchs" child trafficking networks will be exposed along with all the high profile actors.
