I'm all for people paying the price if they actually committed the crime, but what happened with being presumed innocent until proven guilty? All this crap of firing people based only on accusations sets a dangerous precedent for everybody.

So lets say someone you meet at a bar one night falsely accuses you of sexual harassment. Several weeks later your employer finds out about the accusations against you and proceeds to fire you, even though there has been no trial or judgment against you yet. You'd be ok with that?
