Did women ever shave under their arms before razors?
If humans have been around for 100,000+ years and have only fairly recently started shaving (the last couple of millennia, perhaps) are we then brainwashed into thinking that hairless armpits in women are the natural norm? Isn't that a type of programming that most human beings are enslaved with?

I am first to admit that I find women with hairy arm pits disgusting, but then I was thinking, why am I PROGRAMMED to behave this way, think this way and BE TRIGGERED in this way to think that?

If GOD made women to have hairy armpits then why are we going against nature and AGAINST GOD?

Your logic is sound, although I'm not sure god cares.

Well, I usually ascribe "God" WITH nature, a force of goodness in the universe, not a guy with a harp in the clouds. Sometimes I separate the two terms to make an argument stronger, but now I see that atheists will perhaps disagree with me..

Also interesting to note, on the subject of atheists, how there are many atheists who have near death experiences and then all of a sudden believe in God after either seeing them on "the other side" or FEELING the amazing presence OF that force of goodness in the universe that I believe to be "GOD"

Women never had body hair before the 1920's. This developed a few years after women were allowed to vote and speak in public.

humans have been using beeswax to remove unwanted body hair for millenia when sharpened knives weren't readily available.

I don't remember the reason why but Ancient Egyptians and Persians had an aversion to body hair. Even the wealthy men waxed their arms, legs, chests, groin, faces.

Women don’t shave now. The Mandela effect only makes you think they have self respect.

They’ll sport their hairy pits, avoid deodorant, and rub your face in it because they get paid less than their male counterparts.

Body odor. It’s whats for dinner.

Stinking drippy pits.

And you thirsty, thirsty incels will just beg harder.

Are u a male? I am female.

One time I used a cheap band-aid on a sore spot in my arm pit.

Never again. Upon removal, many layers of skin CAME OFF.

Wax would be a nightmare for the very tender skin in that area!

The ancients shaved because of lice.
They never thought she would lose. Now they all lose.

Copper razors were invented in 3000 BC.

Before that they plucked.

People have been changing their appearance for aesthetic reasons since before we fully achieved sentience.
