There are several points in the video (frame by frame) that are very questionable. The one that stuck out to me is in the 16 minute video at 7:03 the shooter is standing at the entrance to the main room and someone came at him from the left, he shot about 5 rounds as the scene unfolded and 4 of them were directly at the left hallway wall and ZERO holes or shattered drywall.

Also, with the amount of rounds he was firing at the people huddled in the corners (of the main room)...not 1 bullet hole in the walls. The amount of rounds this guy fired, there would most certainly be some sort of building/wall damage inside.

I can absolutly assure you, that LED's are not actually on all the time, but give that illusion. The diode flashes at capacitance and then discharges.

I am aware of the strobe mode, that is the cutting off of the power source to the LED at source and is different.

The frequency that LED's flash in normal operation, menas they can appear to strobe when filmed etc.

Then you should know that the flashlight is DC (Direct Current). No flicker.

With AC power, (alternating current) the sine wave will peak both positively and negatively. This leaves LEDs susceptible to being in a range that will cause flickering.
