Once again, this has nothing to do with what started all of this light talk. I understand... I am correcting someone who is spreading FALSE info about LED's being "CONSTANTLY ON"... I've been in "lighting" for over 20 years. Then you should know that the flashlight is DC (Direct Current). No flicker. With AC power, (alternating current) the sine wave will peak both positively and negatively. This leaves LEDs susceptible to being in a range that will cause flickering. Still has nothing to do with the tactical strobe in the video.
