Visions of a massive, violent earthquake happening at the same time as the Rapture?

Matthew 24:29-31

Many souls leaving their bodies and flying up to heaven as a result of mass deaths from a huge natural disaster. That is the Rapture.

Perhaps the massive earthquake is actually nukes landing somewhere??

I know that lots of people have similar visions of a Rapture occurring at the same time that nukes are striking.....

Nukes can cause/trigger quakes too. A couple nukes on San Andreas or New Madrid and that would be game over.

I have my dreams just like everybody else but mostly they include something that happens in the sky.

I know how you feel about researching the rapture because I've done that for years. The matter is settled now (for me) because I did not not give up searching.
It is not a small thing to dismiss away.

The 10 virgins who had their lamps... waiting for the Bridegroom, 5 had oil in their lamps (and extra just in case) and the other 5 had their lamps run out and had no extra oil so.. they ran back to get some.... too late.. they could not enter in to the wedding. They pounded on the door, "Let us in!". But the door was SHUT.
The door was closed to them. Then the Bridegroom said, "Truly I tell you, I do not know you."

Two women grinding wheat at the mill.. 1 will be taken the other left.
Two men sleeping... 1 will be taken the other left.

Those are a few of the scriptures that depict our time right now, in this world.

Some people who call themselves Christians will be shocked to learn that the door will be closed to them
They went to church, did lots of good things and nobody would suspect that they were rejected by Jesus. He will tell them, "I never knew you."

The 5 Virgins were the ones who surrendered their lives to the Lord Jesus, every thought was brought into captivity and they learned to walk in The Word.
Abiding in Christ is how they lived their lives and their repentance was deep and thorough. They'd become born again and obeyed what Jesus taught.
They'd been waiting for Him and had overcome the world with the Holy Spirit enabling them to walk worthy in His Name.

The other thing that helped me to be convinced of the rapture was seeing Christian preppers on Youtube and their desires to stay here, and fight off the hoards that will want their food etc.

I learned that it is ALL or NOTHING.

You either trust in Jesus or you don't.
No middle ground.

Everybody has to make that decision.
But for mockers of and the unbelievers they are doomed so they really have already made their choice.

It is almost too late to get "more oil for lamps" because it takes time and hard work to study the bible and know the Word. Really KNOW The WORD.
What I mean, is to walk and abide in Jesus, the WAY TRUTH & LIFE

Beautifully said! You covered all the points perfectly.

That's one of the reasons I still lean towards a pre-trib Rapture because all of the prepping and getting ready to ride out the full Tribulation just seems like a way for human ego to take over a sense in trusting in oneself.

It definitely feels like the time of the Bridegroom returning soon and, like you said, it takes time to get that extra oil. I've seen many people who go to church regularly and get fully involved in the "Christian world" where it is like a social scene focused on this Earth and material existence. Churches that will talk endlessly about things like politics of the day or avoiding secular entertainment but never speak once about the prophecies being fulfilled in our time and the signs going on around us.

What you learn is that the WAY is very straight and very narrow.
Few there are that find it.

In other words, walking on the straight & narrow is difficult. You have to desire it with all your heart to be able to do it.
You walk it alone.
With the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Like a ship captain will steer thru' a strait that has high mountains on either sides, navigating the water depths plus having to watch for high winds and other difficulties.

The STRAIT and NARROW ... find it!

A strait IS narrow. One person is able to fit ... not with the help of your friends. You. Alone.

This spiritual walk is a narrow passage that is straight.. no variance, no looking for a short cut or be overcome by distractions.

The WAY is what the early Christians called "following Jesus" and they were terribly persecuted.
Thrown to lions, whipped and put into prisons. Burned alive, lifted up on beams of wood, upside down and tortured.

Anyone who cannot or is unwilling to die for Jesus is unworthy of Him.
The world will change drastically, very soon.
Most people sense this or even read every doom thread or watch videos about it.
It is real.
These people will take the mark of beast in order to be given food & shelter when the new world system arises.

Those people take the WIDE WAY. To Destruction.

Not gonna lie, I haven't had a dream of that happening, although I do have a very strong intuitive feeling that it will happen.

It's like we're so close to something and a little voice tells me to hold on a little longer.
