The truth is, humboldt isn't the best place for marijuana, we get winters snow and rain. so it's seasonal. The only good thing it had going was it's remote hills where you can get away with growing but now it's useless. You can grown in so cal in the desert all year long now on flat land in counties that offer permanent permits instead of humboldt interim permit (temporary)
The governor said all interim permits will expire by 2020 and no farm will be allowed to operate in humboldt or emerald triangle. Manufacturing will be all In so cal
