She got a 34 on the ACT but was still rejected. Now she's suing in a class-action case!

She had two things going against her, being white and being poor. If she had been a minority with half of those scores she would have gotten it and if she had been and any color she would have gotten in.

Today's colleges don't want smart white or asians. They want mediocre, easy to brainwash people or wealthy people who stick with the agenda.

I went to perhaps the most conservative private Christian university in the history of the world to study theology, and it was TOTALLY fake.

Now, if a private, conservative theology school is in it for the $$$ at the end of the day, what do you think secular universities are about? They are all infected from the top down from accreditation agencies, and I do not care what fluffy or smart marketing shit they put on the fliers. It's ALL bullshit!

Until you get the DOE and accreditation agencies out of this racket, you are screwed. Period!

All college admissions are "warped and rigged" is you're a "white" male.

Maybe that's who should start a class-action lawsuit against all colleges, all employers, and the US government for institutionalizing and pushing its sexism and "racism".

So she got a ACT of 34, had a GPA of 4.0, and had a MAJOR Mental Breakdown, so serious it required hospitalization, when things didn't immediately go her way

Sounds like USC and UCLA were CORRECT in their decision to not admit her. She was mentally unstable and who knows what would have set her off once she was on their campus.

OH ... and fwiw I am sure they rejected thousands of other applications that had virtually identical academic indicators OR BETTER, and many from high schools that were ranked much higher nationally than the one she went to.

OH ... and what was wrong with her going to LSU, at a much cheaper cost?

It's no different from colleges accepting blacks and foreign students and ignoring middle-class whites with better credentials, and that's been going on for years.

A girl keeps her 4 point all the way through highschool (in the midst of all that stupid shit that goes on in high school), and you think she wants to go to swamp LSU?

Nah. She wants the big-time. She wants that Cali card. Bright lights and the city. She wants that UCLA, that USC, that Pepperdine. Sand, beaches, and a future, baby.

That lass was seeing the stars and taking off like a rocket.

But, you see, it don't work like that. And at the end, you're just in the desert of the real, now.

Well, I'll pray for her. May the Lord guide her to a better path. I'm sure they can find something for her to do out there in that Cali desert, it just may not be legal.

White girls can get big scholarships if they are going into science, math or engineering.

Perhaps she applied too late. Colleges have a quota. They have "early admissions," and if it's a prestigious college, they are probably filled by December.

Not only do colleges look at grades and scores on college entrance exams, they look to see if you did volunteer work, belonged to clubs, or played sports. All that goes into consideration.

My kids got into every college to which they applied. One child didn't have the best grades, but she flew private planes, belonged to clubs in high school, and was on the varsity swimming team since 9th grade. She also received several awards for photography/graphic arts. Colleges look at more than grades!

My grandson did all that and got into three colleges to which he applied...the three colleges of his choice. He also graduated #2 in his high school class.

It's difficult to tell what that girl suing did wrong without more information. Again...good grades are NOT the only criteria for getting into college! They want the "well rounded student."

My grandson received a $26,000 scholarship each year he was in college. Engineering. Graduating #2 in his high school class certainly helped! He graduates from college in May. They just gave him a $22,000 scholarship for graduate school.

But Fidelak told The Advocate on Friday that she never agreed to participate in the lawsuit against Stanford, Yale, UCLA and other top universities and has demanded to be removed from it.

A call to one of the law firms involved in the lawsuit was not immediately returned Friday.

Fidelak was the second named plaintiff to remove herself from the litigation since the original complaint was filed Wednesday. Erica Olsen, a Stanford student, was dropped from the lawsuit for unexplained reasons in an amended complaint that added Fidelak, her mother and four others.

Fidelak said the ACT score is accurate, but that the lawsuit misstates other facts about her. Her GPA from a New Hampshire boarding school was below 4.0, she said, and her hospitalization in Boston was unrelated to her college admissions results.

The REAL story here is that some scammer lawyers decided to try and capitalize on another scam (the college thing) to get rich quick in a class action suit where the clueless "plaintiffs" wouldn't have made any money.

She'll get her education. One way, or the other, she'll get educated.

They probably checked her facebook and found out that she had conservative leanings. I hope she wins the suit.

She'll probably go women's studies on me and start writing books against the evil white patriarchy that oppressed her.
