google is hedging its funds against it being broken up thru anti-monolopy laws.


If they break up google right now. china will be in command of google,youtube and all the other entities of google.
That is the reason why they have not broken google up.

When a company crosses borders, its a hedge against its host country.

So google will not be broken up until another option is on the table.
