All of those vids originated with a guy on BB.com, miscellaneous forum with the handle PenorCut who came up with the idea of using the theme of Indian kids learning English and with the help of another Miscer who is Bengali lined up the kids and shoot the videos.
For what it's worth, the kids were clueless about what they were saying but they all made a buck or two per video. Youtube shut him down repeatedly but the videos are still a hit years later and you just can't kill a good thing.
