My zoning allows for High Intensity Agriculture use...up to a 3600 sq foot building to support and even small accomodations/cabins up to 800 sq feet for staffers....

I have a new 35 gallon a minute well and alot of irrigation hydrants installed all over the property...I though berries... bushes as they are harder to damage in hard rain and hail...

but inside a greenhouse structure got to get a bang for the buck because this shit is labor intensive and starting out you cant have huge labor costs.....

I need a prepper army.....LOL....Communal partnership with a bunch of so called crazy smart preppers.....

Friend is coming for visit with family July Longweekend….

He's thinking be nice to have a backup spot in BC somewhere in the Okanagan....Especially....he likes this area for a lot of different reasons....

Its slow motion catastrophic weather related crop losses worldwide and crazy weather events leading the way....

We have until the very end of summer before the big energetic wave hits in late August that will probably start to pop off some bigger stuff is certain regions that are prone to problems... in the past and coming up in the future....

You too can be one of those people with an idea that can make a difference and start a business doing something everybody needs to get by...FOOD and the businesses and supplies that support the growing of that food....

Also the RV thingy....People are going to get displaced and a lot of them....what opportunities are there in that field....Tiny Homes and portable homes and rebuilding and remaking older RV's and as trades that repair the infrastructure that is damaged along the way.....

If their ever was a time to get out in front and end up on the top of the heap this is it.....Think about that.....

This is a slow motion event that will culminate over time...
but we don't have forever as it gradually gets worse out there....

Hi Steve
The situation with the farmers and agricultural businesses is worse than is
being reported. My dad is a farmer in Ohio who for the first time in his
life is not planting his crops and is taking no planting insurance. The
insurance will only be enough to maybe break even. The farmers who have
contracts to rent ground still owe the rent to the landowner even if they
aren't planting anything unless the landowner agrees to lower the rent for
the year. He said most of what has been planted hasn't been planted in
optimal ground conditions which will decrease yields and could have trouble
maturing and producing a decent crop.

Another big concern is having enough grain to feed livestock. The local
grain elevators have cancelled the sale of their current supply and are
scrambling to get enough grain for their livestock feeds they make. Hay is
also going to be in low supply. Alot of the alfalfa was killed off over
the winter. They still haven't been able to get in the fields for the first
cutting of the grass hay, which means the second cut might not be good if
they can't get the first cutting done. Another local farmer that raises
cattle said that if they can't get enough to feed their herd they will have
to get rid of them. Other local cattle farmers are looking to plant
sorghum for a sileage type feed.
That has to be planted by July 5 but the forecast is cool and wet here for
the next 2 weeks.

I felt a very ominous feeling in my spirit when I was listening to all of
this. It was confirming what I've been hearing in my spirit the last week
Ezekiel 14:13 "..when the land sinneth against me and I break it's staff of
bread...". Our nation's breadbasket is definitely breaking... I'm telling
everyone I know who will listen to stock up some food.

Thanks for posting this....people need to hear it from the people suffering through this....Shame people will have to ship their home herds that they have built up over the years. It takes time...to build a good herd with good mothers and bulls....Hopefully they can keep some of them...

Yes silage will be the better way to go...Doesnt need so much drying to cut and wrap it...Gets put up way wetter...all the dairys around here use silage feed as opposed to grass feed as it is not as fussy....

But we have a army worm in this area now that came out of the blue and its eating all the corn and alfalfa fields in days...Huge fields...Its a catepiller and likes this dry weather we have....

Farmers are going to have to come up with new ways to get thru this....We need to help them....Cows can eat alot of variety of things so traditional practices might have to be scrapped for crops that can handle wet and cool and dry and hot extremes....

The southern hemisphere anomaly is growing and I heard its responsible for the blackout in the southern hemisphere and they are re routing planes that once flew over that area....

To understand the annomoly go to Wikipedia and read about it...but that's only half of what is actually going on...

the size of this thing is rapidly growing....and sloshes around like the ocean does...It effects satelites in the area as well.....

Yes it will....That's guaranteed.....That's why people have to have a plan going into fall and winter to protect their livestock and homes and selves....Stock up on feed while they can get it....

Next Year NOTHING is guaranteed....If they cant plant again then what.....livestock operators need to go the way of silage and haylage for their livestock....

it wasnt that long ago that the dry weather was an issue and they were feeding outdated CAndieS and Gummybears because they could not get feed....

Smaller more managable herds and curb their own personal spending...downsize or they wont have livestock anymore....

Time to grow other things for crops....Cows are versatile and can eat different feeds...All they need is fibre and protein which can be grown in different ways....

Back in the day they used to feed the family farm animals...potatoes...but they need to be cut up otherwise cows choke because they cant cough.....Forage turnips...sugar beets....and other legumes.....When they had to....when there was nothing else to feed them....out of desperation....It will come to that if they cant plant again next year and they hold all they large numbers....

Ares prone to flood must move their operations....they cant continue with bussiness as usual....if they wait they are in huge trouble next year....they better be able to shelter ALL their livestock....Expect storms all winter and huge piles of snow....The cattle cannot stay on the leases....Have to be brought home and fed there where they can be sheltered and bedded down properly....Cows can be easy keepers in good weather conditions but not in bad ones especially in the spring when 3 feet of snow gets dumped on them and their calving out....

Nobody around here lets there cows calve out on leases...they stay home till the last one drops and then they go to pasture.....

The mindset has to change or they are all toast and financially ruined coming up....
