With the shifting JET STREAM....
AFRICA...same as USA.....
What was once a food growing region is going dry and what wasn't now going tropical....
The South where they are taking away farms is going into drought....
The other half is going lush.....
AFRICA will be the new FOOD BREAD BASKET coming up....
