The President was actually asking a question that a NORMAL person might ask!!! Is there a device to put UV light, solar light etc INSIDE the body ... BEAM it inside to kill the virus It's a reasonable question to ask,
We beam radiation inside the body ...we do robotic surgery, so WHY can't we beam UV light inside the body ???
I'm not a doctor and as the POTUS said, neither is he.
