Until your military service has required you neutralize enemy combatants and invaders in the defense of your country, don't presume to tell us that have defended you that you don't support every shot we fired to eliminate that enemy. |

The resolution declaring “Gun Sanctuary” was posted on Facebook by Cherokee County Commissioner CB McKinnon. The resolution affirms that the right to keep and bear arms comes from God, not government. It explains that Second Amendment rights are one of many natural rights on which the Constitution of our Republic stands. The resolution says, “Natural Law Rights, given to each of us by Our Creator, are the basis of our Constitution by which they are protected and secured to each of us. Natural Law Rights, including that of self-protection, are guaranteed by our Laws, our History, and our Traditions.” It's a start. I hope the rest of NC follows suit quickly. I will send this to my local state reps here in Tennessee, asking that they pass similar legislation state-wide. This needs to go viral. |

Castle Frank (OP) User ID: 77078146 United States 03/15/2019 08:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Article I, § 30 of the North Carolina State Constitution, entitled “Militia and the right to bear arms,” provides: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; and, as standing armies in time of peace are dangerous to liberty, they shall not be maintained, and the military shall be kept under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power. Nothing herein shall justify the practice of carrying concealed weapons, or prevent the General Assembly from enacting penal statutes against that practice. We need to get the concealed carry bullshit struck from the constitution and move towards constitutional carry. [link to longleafpolitics.com (secure)] SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. Not too difficult to understand unless you're a libtard. Last Edited by Castle Frank on 03/15/2019 08:12 PM |

I hope to see this as a start that will move through NC counties like a freight train. I can tell you that Harnett county Sheriff's do not support red flag laws or any law that does not give due justice. I know a few of them very well. Wake county is libtard land now or at least downtown Raleigh is. This needs to be every state. Last Edited by Mr. Smokey on 03/15/2019 08:22 PM smokey |

Durham county is a lost cause. Chatham is questionable. |
