When Obama was in office, I invested everything I could, mostly in 2009. I cleared out a nice chunk of my savings and rolled it into the market. I got rid of cable, the TV, all the useless crap.

Now Trump has the economy booming, I will ride it out. I use dividends to purchase metals since the market is too expensive to but into right now.

I am not a millionaire, but I know how to make it on next to nothing. Pinch pennies - literally every single penny. Do not waste it. A penny saved is a penny earned. Don't buy water, don't eat out, shop on a budget, don't waste electricity, check all your bills and comparative shop for cheaper rates. Don't buy new anything. Shop used. Don't try to keep up with the Jones'. ANYTHING you can do to save a penny - do it. Start a savings account. $10 per week in 10 years would be how much? 36K? Plus interest - and if u can save 20 per week - that would be $72K plus interest. But my advice is don't put it all in the bank. Buy some junk silver quarters.

Spot opportunities and act on them....I made my money flipping houses before the crash....my friends kept telling me the market will collapse....hey were right.... BUT by the time the smoke cleared, I owned 3 buildings and 2 houses mortgage free....they are still cash cows with a hefty rent roll every month....

Debt is a tool or a timebomb.....use debt to make money, not for keeping up with the Joneses....managed debt is just a business tool....

Believe in yourself but don't be cocky.....use other's skill to complement or fill a knowledge hole in your skill set...I 'm good picking out real estate and renovating them, I suck at paperwork so I have a partner that happens to be good at navigating legalese and dealing with city hall....I wouldn't trust himto drive a nail tho.....
