A phased array antenna is actually a bunch of antennas that work together to focus energy in a particular direction.
Some of these phased array antennas are fixed and always point in the same direction, like the YAGI.
Others can be controlled by whats called "beam steering."
Some arrays have multiple beams.
The more elements in an array the more beams it can have, or the more accurately the beams can be directed.
The wavelength of the radiation also effects how finely focused the beam can be.
It is public information that the phased array radar antenna on an F-16 has 16 elements. This is enough for it to find, identify, and lock on to a jet. If I recall its also enough to lock onto PART of a jet, like the cockpit, engine, or tail fin.
The Fujitsu 5G phased array I just read about has 4 beams and 128 elements. In practice this would usually mean that it has 32 elements per beam, but it is entirely possible that they have a trick that lets them switch to using all 128 elements on a single beam.
Adding one element in an array increases the accuracy exponentially. If 16 elements lets you do accurate targeting on a jet, 32 lets you do brain surgery, and 128 is just fucking ridiculous. You do not in any fashion need 32 elements in a phased array antenna unless you are:
1) using it like a camera to take pictures in someones home
2) using it to do brain surgery
3) something else that has nothing to do with cell phones.
The military and congress KNOW THIS. I know because I TOLD THEM. But the cocaine snorting pedos are salivating and beating off at the idea of having access to this, never mind that the Chinese, the Russians, and a shit ton of other people also have access to it and will be able to murder everyone in the country in about 5 seconds any time they want. They will also be able to spy inside every government building - even the ones with EMF shielding.

-Cause a stroke
-Cause any condition that could be caused by a stroke, or by brain damage, or by surgery. That is pretty much every brain related and psychiatric condition imaginable.
-Control your mood
-Anything done by Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation
-Reading your mind is not too far fetched. The beam is not just a transmit beam, they can focus it that finely as well and filter out noise, making it very sensitive.
-If it is capable of Doppler mode, it could listen to physical sound as well.
IMAGING
-They can take pictures of your dick while you are laying in bed.
-They can make live video of the turd coming out of your ass while you are on the toilet.
-Video the keys you peck on your keyboard.
-Video the motion of your hand as you write or draw.
-Video you performing sign language.
-Video everything you do.
-You won't know and they don't have to go in your house to do it.
OTHER STUFF
While the power levels are not high, they are high enough in combination with fine focusing to start fires and damage electronics.
The Chinese have always been ahead of us in technology. They had radios that fit inside a COMPONENT of one of our radios in the 70s. The situation is very likely worse than I have said.
