To those idiot republicans that say it's a Constitutional issue my ass. Check and balance in place. Keep fucking losing on every important issue Rand Paul and Mike Lee because sooner or later people are going to wise up to your bullshit!

I believe all Executive Orders are unconstitutional, regardless of who's in power.

But why did Rand pick this particular one to take a stand against? That seems suspicious to me. If he said he down-votes all EO's regardless of content, then he can claim he's just standing on constitutional principles. But did he say that? Or is he just singling out this particular EO?

BTW, I don't think Trump needs an EO to fund The Wall. I think there are multiple precedents already in place to take care of it, and he should avail himself of those remedies.

I love Black Conservative Patriot, I visit his site everyday. He always brings the BREAD to the table.

As to the Barr issue, I pray that he is a Just AG, and wants to reinstall Law and Order in our Lands.

I was all set to contact Rob Portman (R) Ohio about siding with the Dems until I read his comments before the vote.

Here's a snippet of his reasoning to NOT support Trump...
