The problems today in a modern area are multiple and on multiple levels in any civilization.
The way it enters into a civilization it is not apart of and radically opposed to, is from the higher levels within the civilization it enters into.
Through interacting with the elite only on a by majority level only the elite like ones are being interacted with and only the elite by appearance and status from those of diametrically opposite to them people are interacted with.

The alignment of the two creates a lull in the tops awareness of the concern that is not lulled on the lower level of the civilization that their top has mingled with.

The top cannot integrate the elite which are few in numbers compared to the massive numbers on both sides of the civilizations into their own, which is completely opposite of it while refusing their they brought them into.

When they do that, then spoiling into the civilization starts by money entering into the lower levels of their peoples, of their own elites civilization by drugs and lies, and by that brain washing of them through those lies and such, what was there prior to the mingling into it will be negatively affected by it if they oppose it, leading to a rise in concerned peoples in their own civilization that is being spoiled from the top down into them.

By way of Trade and politics a Nation is destabilized from its prisons to its schools to labor sector to its top.

This is not a bi-lateral movement of peoples from their own civilization, into the diametrically opposite one the top brought in on them and it never will be because it is diametrically opposite and unwanted by the people.

Those who gained great amounts of money within the Nation these one way flooding is flooding into use their money to destroy the Nation they gained it in and from.
They use the opposite to destroy the Nation the top lulled ones allowed to enter into.

Corruption following the lull of top heads of a Nation.
Biblically it is called whoredom and corruption and mainly through the love of money and riches.

There comes a time when a decision will have to be made and that decision is never made by the lower level of the civilization and if it goes the opposite way, then the civilization that once was will be destroyed including its people it once had.

I learned a lot from this presentation. He made a complex topic easier to understand.

The mountainous and heavy forested Balkans and Carpathians region was the Ottoman empire's Afghanistan.

They got bogged down in centuries-old fighting.

By the time they got control of it the West had moved on (Age of Discoveries) and the Ottoman empire was falling behind economically and socially.

If the West hadn't moved on as it did or the Balkans + Carpathians peoples hadn't resisted as best they could, the Ottomans would've kept pushing toward central Europe even more.
