Demons are evil fallen angels. They want to destroy humanity because, humanity is God's Chosen among God's creations. Demon's would rather possess a human rather than a machine. Otherwise, everything that is silicon based computer technology would have been possessed by now...

AI takes it's information from dimensional knowledge from the Quantum Chip. It's programs tell it what to do and how to process that information. A demon will not possess this AI machine, but rather hack the program and control it. So therefore, this AI machine will do the Demon's bidding...

As of your statement about a Tsunami of Demons, Demons are here and have been here since the beginning of Adam and Eve. There will be a flood of them, yes. More due to CERN breaking down the dimensional boundaries then the Quantum Chip getting information...
