LOL. They don't have the resources to prosecute, nor enough jail space to go after that many people away in the US. No resources for it. Just like a gun grab. They would love to confiscate, but logistically its impossible. When you have multitudes of more firearms in the US than there are people, there is no way to collect them all, nor transport them. It's a wet dream for the assholes out there, but just not realistically possible.
