Re: What emotions does Islamic Terrorism cause in you?
I voted "Intrigued" along with 24 others.
I'm not ruled by emotion, and it's not about politics or religion.
More pain. We want terrorism to stop. Islam is not stopping.
So what is our choice then?
 Quoting: MissCleo
And your answer is? You say there's one choice...

I say we all have one common enemy.
Evil will not stop until it's defeated.
Evil wears many hats, robes, and uniforms.
 Quoting: hillbilly

your answer seems to be to sympathize with islam while hating on jevvs/Israel and blaming them for everything.

we do have a common enemy...satan. who goes by many names....the devil, michael hatonn, michael of nebadon, legion, etc....

the evil that is behind islamic terrorism is the same evil that is behind jevv/israel haters, mass shooters, corrupt governments, and so forth.

Again. We are expressing OUR emotions.
Not what Muslims think we feel or what anyone else thinks or wants us to feel. Only OUR emotions, not directed at anyone. We are allowed to feel what we feel.
Feelings are NOT facts, they are our natural feelings that protect us from danger.

Also want to add that Emotional IQ matters in the ability to maintain our own feelings.
Islamic government (Totalitarian Dictatorship) does not want you to have your own feelings. That makes you dangerous and a threat to their Totalitarian DICTATORSHIP where they make all the rules.

get it?
 Quoting: MissCleo

My feelings, I am pissed off that western countries including Israel decided it would be a good idea to destroy and plunder Arab and other mideast countries who were minding their own business.

Something very bad happened with the coup of 9/11, this set off the invasion of Midle East countries where hundreds of thousands have been killed and displaced (and lots of money changed hands).

Now Yemen, a very old country with a rich culture and history is being obliterated, along with Syria. How many countries does this make now? But it's all good cause they are mussies as some of you would say?

It would have been far better to leave them alone so they could stay on their side of the world where they belong and are from.

I see a big problem too with certain religions who truly believe they are the people of God. This gives them the idea they can go around killing any ethnic group of people they might have a beef with at any given period of time.

Such people end up being the worst destroyers.

Agree.

But who is destroying Yemen? The Saudi Royals who have purchased weapons for destruction (not defense).
Same Royals who disposed Saddam, Mubarak, Gadaffi, Liberian prez, attempt at Assad, threat against Trudeau. Systematic disposal of anyone who opposes the Dictatorship. Eh?
 Quoting: MissCleo

The Saudis went after Yemen with American backing, also it was America who took out Saddam, Gadaffi and the rest, at least that was common knowledge a few years ago, but "facts" tend to change real fast these days .

People want to blame the Saudis for convenience, however both the US and Israel have allied with the Saudis to help carry out their dirty work.

Not one vote for self-loathing, blaming ourselves.

This emotion comes from sadness and disgust. There is a certain element in the Quran and Islamic law that embraces self loathing. In the form of wife beating, martyrs, honor killing coming from disgust for non-Muslims and Western ways.

Disgust also is solid predjudice... Islamic LAW that states that non-Muslims are lesser and not welcome in the Kingdom.
 Quoting: MissCleo

Are you Israeli?

They are the only group who hate Muslims (and perhaps Germans) with such a burning passion, no pity from them, absolutely none.

A funny thing, sometime around 2000, maybe it was 2001, Netanyahu said, "Soon, our problems will become America's problems."

I figured he was up to something no good when he said that.

Well since that time, the entire Middle East has been destabilized, death and destruction all over.

In the meantime the media has made sure that every American has a deep hatred for all things Muslim, even though most have no clue of what any of the countries or their people are like. To them, Iran, Afghanistan, Yemen are all the same, they are just mussie countries.

The American people are being manipulated in a very ugly way.

I've been around Muslim people from various countries, and they are not all the same. Some I liked very much, some I did not. Just like anywhere else in the world, their countries all have distinct cultures.

I am sure the millions of refugees headed to the West would have much preferred to stay in their own lands, with their families and everything they were familiar with that has been taken from them.

There is so much deception taking place at this time. People get all worked up and angry over things they hear that might not even be true.

I am convinced all of this will not last much longer. You can't keep a charade/grand theft like this going on forever.

In the future, some time after all this is over, it will be said that America was highly corrupt in it's last days, going around the world conquering, destroying, and looting, demonizing their victims so that they could get away with it all.
 Quoting: Peepaws

Funny that you associate me with Israeli. And accuse me of things from your own passion. hmmm.

I am just asking for your emotional response to Islamic Terrorism… that's all. See how that works?

Ahh but intrigue is joy and disgust. Having a morbid curiosity is perfectly normal too.

But not everyone knows the common enemy because it's disguised, and hidden, and censored, and poised laying in wait, and a "religion", and coy, and deceptive.

So not all people can feel the same intrigue emotion for various reasons, mostly TRUST issues.

Here's my point: If we can't identify the enemy, are confused about our own emotions then how can we defeat an enemy???

edit: And how to effectively spread the wisdom to discern???

I like you, you are a great poster with interesting info even if I don't always agree with you. I have learned a few things about Muslims and looked things up you posted that I found interesting.

What I wrote is how I see things, it is not a black and white situation. I would rather not live in a Muslim territory because they are very different from what I am used to and they have different values, which I find unsettling.

For hundreds of years they have stayed in their respective countries, going to war now and then like others but all of this radical Islamic terrorism did not start until the hornet's nest was rattled.

By the way I was not accusing you, Miss Cleo, when I said you can't keep a grand theft like this going. I meant in general these things can't continue because by it's chaotic and evil nature such plans unravel quickly.

I will address this again because LilMiss brings up an important point!!!

dar ul Islam is the systematic installation of the Caliphate in 7 phases. These phases are widely published and have been carried out with the end goal being worldwide conversion to Islam. (outsiders)

911 Phase 1 (the Awakening) was designed to announce the arrival of a new way of thinking, new emotions, new conception of a new leadership (outsiders).

In the 18 years since those methods have been put into place and we can see where the world is now. It's obvious. During that time emotions didn't change, our emotions were only heightened. The only result can be physical conflict, which was planned from the start and is carried out (outsiders) in Phase 7.

If outsiders are looking at me it's because they feel that truth might be a threat? Or that I am resisting too much? Or that I am inciting? When in reality none of that is true. And I am abiding by Free Speech LAWS and exercising my freedom under the US Constitution.

Will the outsiders send someone to silence me? That's a threat to me and against the US Constitution and US LAW.

so...

No offense taken. I have an efficient method of getting to the truth. Thank you for your post.

Yes, I am glad to share my knowledge of Islam from personal experience.

Islam doesn't go by Rand McNally Western maps. All 57 OIC countries that span from Northern Africa through the Middle East and Southeast Asia to Indonesia account for territory larger than Russia.

Further, Islam does not share it's financial records with the world. They have amassed more money and wealth than any other country in the world. Their system of gleaning economy from their people through hajj makes them enough to sustain forever. Hajj and tourism make more money for them than oil.

Mindset of Islamic law is based on superiority. Mohammed the Prophet leads this proud people into conquest of all the lands to follow the ways of superiority which is dar ul Islam (paradise on earth).

dar ul Harb are all lands outside of dar ul Islam where jihad is encouraged to convert the infidels. It's really simple philosophy that any Muslim will tell you.

The West is dar ul Harb. Legal for Muslims to kill us, control us, conquer us.

Our government will do the best to defend against this but our government will NOT emotionally support us and nurture us. Many of us have lost our way in that. And have no resources and that makes us weak.

Black and white terms help us make better choices. But I understand that situations are not black and white.

ahhh Artista. lovely!

No emotions from me, all just knowledge with no strings attached. I have a passion for teaching, like you.

Many Americans are confused, you can tell by the infighting and trolls. To share tools for clarity is important in these times.

As far as warning of outsiders view... this is interesting too. It's not our responsibility to feel emotions for others, we can only feel our own emotions. When we project it's a form of disease (dis-ease) and inflicting that on others.

To stop this contagion we must identify and be certain of our emotions! And be able to express them freely and clearly.

I wholeheartedly agree!

I wish to add something...

I know YOU know this, but the average American will not. When I was living in the Arabian Gulf, I noticed something...a LOT of Arabs HATE other Arabs (actually, I would say MOST!) The tribal aspect still runs DEEP in that CULTure. But, they hate the Africans even more.

I heard horror stories concerning the first Gulf War from the Bahrainis. They graciously opened their homes to house the displaced Kuwaitis, only to be shit on and told their homes were shit, the food sucked, etc. I was shocked. ('scuse my French, but speaking of emotionality, boy did that trigger something in me.) LOL ;)

Anyway...2 more cents.

If you are referring to me...I am not slanted toward anyone. That being said, I also know that not ALL of ANY race is bad, and it is highly limiting to think so.

Ugh, language is so limiting. I only mean that you seem to be heavily invested in this thread, and are having great emotions about it, so sometimes that 'puts on blinders' to one degree or another.

I am off to my studio to create.

BE well.

ahhh Artista.

Yes and after 911 the Royals started picking off the other tribes. Killing Gadaffi's ambition to become King of Africa. Another King would be a rival. Killing Saddam who would have ruled his Kingdom.
There can only be ONE Dictator and that is the one who rules over Mecca. So the Princes lined up.

There is a huge machismo in the region, coming from the years and years of Patriarchal society where MEN are in charge, women are property.

And the people, caught in the middle of all this, it's shameful what the dictators have done. People with humility and grace subjected to a government who doesn't cater to that and considers it a weakness.

Yes, the hate for Africans is apparent in Nigeria now. Slaughter, brutal burning human beings slaughter. Not limited to Nigeria, that's the most developed country with communication that gets out... it's happening all over the continent.

But now, in Phase 6 of expansion of the Caliphate we are seeing this hate from them expanding across the world. We need to be steadfast in our emotion and conviction and sure of who we are and what we stand for... because it's coming fast.

I am vocal about Islam, yes. I have nothing against Muslims. Nothing am I saying is slanted, just facts about the government, law, language, customs and mindset which I have accumulated knowledge. If you can use my knowledge please do, if not then oh well.

Islam is not a race. Most are Caucasian. The other choices of race are black and Mongolian and those have Muslims in them too. There is one way to distinguish Muslims, that is their choice of loyalty to Islam (which they cannot change because of blasphemy LAW).

Ask an Imam about anything I have posted and they will confirm. Muslims will not freely reveal their secrets but they will not lie when asked, unless confronted with danger. The bigger agenda and secrets of Islam are hidden in the pallaces and that big black box (non-Muslims are not allowed at hajj btw).

That's why I think it's important to identify and clarify our own emotions, feeling, thoughts, preparedness, reactions, and so on.

If we know what we feel and what we want then no one can influence us. And in the end we all want joy, essentially, the feel good emotion that creates healthy endorphins.

Thank you for the heads up! Yes, I did know that about those 2 religions. It all started with the 'first' one, methinks.

Exactly.

In my almost 20 years travelling around the world, I noticed one thing most...that MOST people simply desire to live in peace, have a happy and healthy fammily, etc.

Labels kill.

Actually killers kill.
Same people throw acid on faces, stab, use IEDs, run over people at markets, stuff like that. There is no joy allowed. Targets are those who are different. Learned behavior. (emotional center is fear)

In the US it's Domestic Violence that kills the most. Killing acquaintances over drugs or loyalty. More of motivated by betrayal. Crimes of passion, emotional. (emotional center is sadness)

If we talk this out we can clearly see the differences other than what's presented on Main Stream Media. Also helps us understand who the true enemy is and what dangers we face.

Many Westerners in the US haven't travelled worldwide. Those who have a greater understanding of reality in real time.

I stay away from the MSM, except for what is reported on threads on GLP. It upsets me too much to watch it, and my bf is clueless about it all, and I frequently yell at the tv when he has it on. LOL He told me the other day he does not want to know, because there is nothing he can do about it. UGH. But, that is his choice. As for me, I'll stick with GLP.

Emotional Centers.

Joy
Sadness
Disgust
Fear
Anger.

There is an escalation from Joy to Anger, steps if you will. Those steps are triggered by events that guide our responses.

If Islam events and actions are triggered by Fear then they are farther along than US which is triggered by Sadness. (in this thread scientific study. heh).

So we have 2 billion fearful emotions acting out in act of terror and that escalates a faily docile population of 330 million Americans to Anger.

Why aren't our leaders reacting with the proper emotions???
Let's explore that?
