Is skepticism an emotion?
I presume terrorism is never what it seems, and the government is usually behind it, or the organizations behind the government are behind it.
The people who propose government solutions are the prime suspects.
The only practical response to terrorism is to allow people to arm themselves and encourage them to kill terrorists with impunity.
