Full moon seems to lower my mood
Caution...some menstration mentionings... boys dont go bleh....

I love the full moon, always used to make me happy looking up there and seeing it :) but lately I noticed that it coincides with some pronounced episodes of more sadness or anxiety or otherwise negative ideas.. I thought it was related to my lady cycle, But the dates on that shifted and still seeing some worse days around the moon.

Moon always gets me all f'd up, for a variety of reasons. Luckily over the years I've learned to coexist with moon better :p Your diet, exercise and activity patterns, mental health and pretty much everything are affect your relationship with the moon(planets) and their's with you, Imo
