This is why I was never for legalization...just simply decriminalize it. Then everyone stays free and so does the market.

Here, in Hamilton Ontario, we have things a bit better off. We have and will continue to support our private dispensaries. There keep shutting them down, but public demand allows them to reopen several days later, or even the evening after the closure.
If you support the dispensaries they can afford to stay open and just pay the fines off. The police must do days and days of jumping through hoops to get a warrant.
The cops remember the decades of dudes on every downtown corner selling dope, the murders and robberies all related to selling cannibus. They know private dispensaries are the way to go if they want to see a reduction in crime.

I've been watching this one stock, small cap (actually tiny cap) but great upside potential once they get their lic. at the end of this month.

Yesterday I bought 100K shares at $0.11 I just checked my TFSA...the are now at $0.135...I just made 22% in one day...fk am I happy. I guess more people are finding out about this.(SUGR)

Although I'm kicking myself in the A$$ for selling out too quickly with my ACB...the run up in the past month would have paid for my entire year of living expenses...oh well.

Private (legal) dispensaries are and will be a very good revenue for those who are able to obtain a lic.

Once the 25 stores open in Ontario April 1, the ON Gov will be setting up another lottery for retail Cannabis shops.

Would LOVE to, although there are many restrictions that prohibit the cultivation of Cannabis in a home dwelling...i.e. living in a Condo. I own my condo outright but the Condo board prohibits it. So unless you have a house or a landlord that is OK with you growing in their property...you're kinda shit outa luck.

In Canada, 1/8th is 3.5gr which the the max they allow per package. So if you wanted to buy 30gr (1oz) you would need to buy about 8 packages (28gr)...that is a huge waste of plastics because our 'packages' come in a pharma type (child proof) container.

Hey folks, what you have to do is take a trip to your local First Nations Reserve. Northern Ontario here. Most Reserve have at least one dispensary. Politicians and cops don't dare fuck with them.

Simple, just don't use weed. Saves time, saves your health, and there's no purpose of inhaling such carcinogenic toxic substance anyways.

Another HUGE issue I have with the current system is their weights.

Two weeks ago I bought a 3.5gr container, (Aurora/MK Ultra). When I got home I put the contents on my scale. It weighed 3.1gr. When I went to the shop a week later to buy another one, I mentioned to the 'bud tender' about my weight discrepancy. She said you have to make a complaint to the AGLC (Alberta Gaming and Liquor Control)...she also stated that many people have been making similar complaints.

So I took my new 3.5gr purchase home and weight it...this time 3.0gr...and the quality is shit. These producers use "Tumblers" to trim their weed...it may be faster but certainly lose the quality (you lose a lot of tricomes in that process).

So yea, the quality vs quantity vs price is certainly not worth it.
