Advice to get pee out of a mattress.

get that enzyme from the pet isle.. it is in a white bottle with red type. It works.

Is that what it's called? Enzyme?

Scrub the mattress with carpet stain remover, let it dry out, spray with Febreze the put a waterproof mattress cover on it

My young son has wet the bed a few times, this worked really well and is super cheap.

Nature's Miracle works in seconds. You could have been back by now and sprayed the mattress and be done smelling it.

Bottle of oxiclean laundry spray. Use old towels to soak up the pee. Let it air dry then repeat.

Nature's miracle works great on carpets. It will likely work on mattresses too. Just make sure you don't try to clean the spot first with other products or it won't work. Sponge up any wetness you can with paper towels and then pour on the product and let it soak in and dry for a few days. Repeat if necessary.

Try to avoid the scented product as you won't like the scent on your mattress . Or carpet for that matter.

I hear you. white vinegar will mask it until you get the enzyme. It will work on it when ever you apply it.

also, it is expensive but you can get it for 20 dollars or so at a pet store! Keep us posted!

Matress is already dried out. I have it outside right now.

The enzyme won't work if you use any products beforehand. You'll be left with the stain and eternal odor.

Sounds like your brothers problem. Let him get rid of the messed up one and buy you a new one.

You can still use it on dried and old stains as long as a different cleaning product hasn't been used beforehand.

beg to differ. I have had a lot of experience getting piss out of stuff over 20 years now with that product. It will work. best to use it asap, however. More pleasant all the way around!

Dump a bunch of baking soda on it.

Let it sit a day

Vacuum it off and do some light cleaning with a hot dish towel and dish soap like Palmolive or Dawn.

Let it dry fully, then sprinkle your bare mattress with baby powder.

That should work wonders!

Always trust someone who'd put vinegar on their mattress. Yeah, that'll smell great.
