Everything that tastes good is bad for you. And everything that tastes bad is good for you. Sure there are a few exceptions. But even fruit isn't as great as you think. Sure it's all natural, but between the sugar content and pesticides, you're better off not eating any of it. And yes, it's a "natural sugar", but sugar is sugar. Yeast feeds on sugar. Yeast causes a LOT of health problems. Ever wonder why yeast is put into almost everything? read labels and learn. Why are they putting fungus into everything? The whole system is setup for our demise. Why are we constantly being bombarded with viruses, bacteria, fungus, and parasites? What is the purpose of these things? To cause us harm. To kill us. |

S spelt is safe flour, also buckwheat. Buckwheat is the only thing that can restore the minerals in the earth and doesn't use any pesticides, also the spelt doesn't use pesticides. I make cookies for my kids with buckwheat and they love them, can't tell they are healthy with all that sugar in them. grass fed sardines |

That’s humus bi tahini and you want olive oil, garlic and a hefty sprinkle of ground cumin. Olives to garnish. Have with vegetables. Since bread is impossiblybtoxic. What else is good is sprouted chickpeas and sprouted mung beans. But both are probably toxic although Canada grown may not always be. Stir fry in coconut oil or ghee with ginger and hot peppers. Spell changer watched me type jalapeño and turned it to “kale penis”. I swear it did. |

I’d we eat it we will become dead, all dead. Do you make a loaf bread or flat bread? chickpea flour can be made sort of like crepes.. and you then pour it into a pan.. cook both sides and use as a tortilla for a burrito. I like it better than flour tortillas in fact. as to taste. I don't comprehend how any bean or pea is a pod gets any significant contamination INSIDE the pod by wind blown Glyphosate. |

Walmart has import section but you can also find them at Mediterranean shops if you live in a bigger city. we made loafs but they didn't rise much. You can buy organic, non-gmo spelt bread and baking with spelt flour is comparable to wheat; you don't need any other fancy ingredients to make it work. You should just be able to substitute the wheat flour for spelt and continue with the receipe as normal. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69136807 Nice. I'm going to try that. |
