She refuses to file for child support, because I WANT to pay, so that I can have rights to my child, she keeps my child away from me legally by never filing child support, and I lack the resources to physically take off work and go get a hotel and take the proper steps where they're located- to file on my own.

Normally opposed to sharing my personal business online, but I feel these tactics must be made known that they're Happening to loving fathers who WANT to be around their kids...

It is a system of commerce - money. It's none of the system's business if a father refuses to be a father or a mother refuses to be a mother.

I have two boys.

My first marriage ended with her writing about about some guy she met at a party on my birthday and wanted to kiss him so bad (I was dumb and said well shit no ones perfect shes drunk) and then a year later finding my best friend is on the floor in our living room with her arm around him (they weren't together but two weeks after). I kicked both of them out. She got custody (Duh) and got the courts to hide her address from me....I never saw him again until he was 18. He was 5 at the time. She wouldn't even let my mom see him or any of my family have contact even though we gave the court all of the information to contact us (court said we had rights for visitation). When he turned 18 my niece found em on Facebook (they grew up together before this all happened) and contacted him. He got our information from her and came over to visit. He loves me and we are two pees in a pod since then. Paid all that time or go to jail. I had no say in his upbringing as I could not contact her directly or had the funds at the time to battle the system (child support and all, you pay half your shit which is half my check).

After my first wife stopped letting me have any contact with my first son I found a wonderful woman. I thought I found the perfect wife. We was together for 10 years. I found her text to another man and took a screen shot on it from my phone. Courts don't care she gets custody of my second son. I ask her please let me see my child and don't do what my previous wife did. She agrees. She stopped all contact shortly after. I find out later the guy she was texting was trying to molest her oldest daughter of 3 that was not mine. They went to court and she lost custody of all 3 of her daughters. But they said she can keep my son as he wasn't a target of the molestation. I am still paying child support.


Yeah child support is fair, I'll see my second son when he is 18 like my first son since she is doing the same thing.

The only way to avoid this with today's current laws is to have a contract ready to be signed and is irrevocable until explicitly amended if you are going to have sex with a woman you are not married to. There is even a mobile APP for such an encounter.

If you are MARRIED and don't want to pay child support for YOUR kid when you're divorced, nothing can help you and you are a deadbeat.
