All pit bulls should be forcibly seized and burned alive in open pits at the edge of every town and city. Could make it a national holiday.  They can be killed humanely if they need to die. What you're proposing is even worse than a human version of a pit bull. Yea what a nutbag. Probably burns people alive, fucking psycho.
