I know people that bold face lie, to protect and promote the pitbull breed. It is fitting punishment, when one who owns such a dangerous breed, dies by them.

I have personally seen three children’s faces mauled by pit bulls. Two of the cases the dogs were family pets. The third was a neighbor’s dog tied up close to their back yard and the child went to retrieve a toy.

There are hundreds of breeds of dogs. Why we don’t eliminate the one that has caused death and injury to kids is a sad reflection on who we are as a society.
