No, you can ban people if they did something really bad. We are talking about suppressing free speech. Banning someone for just opinions that are not agreeable with yours is against the constitution.

Most likely, that's how they do it. I was mildly hopeful when the house of orange took the scepter, and it has been very entertaining, but now I'm back to my NoConfidenceParty roots. The dirt vs dirt leadership circus is monstrous. I'd like to see the monsters eat each other instead of this obviously dirty stalemate. The only problem is that it will likely result in civil war(what a retarded name for it...should be uncivil war). The only time I have ever voted in a federal election was when I voted against Bush jr the second time. I felt like a dirty whore after I voted for Kerry(fucking Skeletor). The only way to clear the dirt is to have a mechanism to WatchTheWatchers! Put live streaming cameras and microphones on all government officials whether elected or appointed. Make the streams accessible to the entire public at any time of the day or night. I really don't care if they are fucking their wife, taking a shit, or hashing out a treaty, their lives should be scrutinized by everyone who is affected by their actions. Put that in place and then lets just see who really has the mettle to sling dirt and not be sullied by it. I really doubt there are many(any) who could survive this kind of public scrutiny.
