SAN DIEGO, California (WPVI) -- A California woman is taking her ex-husband to court, seeking money she says he long ago failed to pay, and that she never fought to get.

KGTV reports, Toni Anderson divorced her husband some 50 years ago.

As part of the settlement, he was ordered to pay child support for their then three-year-old daughter.

But rather than pay it, she says her ex fled to Canada and never paid a dime.

I agree. The purpose of child support is to pay for the child, not the mother.

thats some childish 70 year olds
they should both be embarrassed for wasting court money

they both seem about as childish they should have made a great couple at least their getting a chance to air their 70 year old laundry in public

should have just took it to the grave probably going to be there in a couple years
