Quoting: ScrumpTheTexan The fact that he won't be punished will be interpreted and trumpeted by every Lib on the planet as he's innocent. And we're racists for thinking otherwise. This, w/o a doubt. Holy shit, man...I'm actually pissed off by this news. It sets a high bar and a ridiculous precedent for this race-baiting hoaxing bullshit to be prosecuted - or, at least, I hope not. I cannot fathom how, if what we've been told in the news is true (Pffft!) about the two brothers turning evidence on Smollett, he could not be nailed to the wall. I'm almost sure this is some kind of Chi-rac area nonsense, in which the prosecutor's team decided that Smollett's conviction - or, as we call it 'Adult accountability', would result in some kind of public backlash. It'll be interesting to see how much of a 'victory lap' that race-baiting bastard takes this week. Frankly, I am blown away that he's been cleared. Either prosecution found a major flaw in their case and didn't want to risk it - or they simply let him off the hook due to 'race relations', or some such thing. I know which one I believe is the reason. Wow. Liberty or Death. Watch the headlines "Smollett Innocent, Brothers Admit They Lied". They'll spend a month in jail and walk free to spend a fortune in bribery money. Smollett gets to do the victory dance and cry about how he was victimized twice, he'll probably get a raise from Fox. That’s the most plausible scenario ~With forethought and malice Whitless enacted an EO giving nursing homes immunity from wrongful death prosecutions, forced them to take in infected patients and is responsible for over 6500+ nursing home deaths~ |

POLLAK 26 Mar 2019 Left-wing billionaire mega-donor George Soros donated $408,000 to a super PAC that supported Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, the prosecutor in the Jussie Smollett case, in her election campaign in 2016. In a shock announcement Tuesday, Foxx dropped all 16 felony charges against the left-wing Hollywood actor, whom police had accused of faking a hate crime in January that he blamed on racist, homophobic white Trump supporters. Soros has spent heavily on backing “progressive” candidates for local prosecutorial offices across the nation, following the rise of the Black Lives Matter movement in 2014, which alleged that black defendants have been treated unfairly by the justice system. <snip> Foxx ran on a platform of criminal justice reform, telling local ABC News affiliate WLS-7 that she wanted to focus on “restoring faith in our criminal justice system” and “bridging the divide between the community and law enforcement.” <snip> But Kim Foxx has also found two other sources of cash, in the form of twin $300,000 donations to a Super PAC supporting her called Illinois Safety & Justice. The sole donors to the PAC are neoliberal superdonor and conservative-boogeyman George Soros and a “dark-money” group called Civic Participation Action Fund. A Super PAC is a fundraising group, created by the 2010 Supreme Court Citizens United decision, that can raise as much money as they want for any candidate or cause—as long as they don’t coordinate on any level with political campaigns, which have much smaller campaign limits. State campaign finance records show that Soros personally contributed a total of $333,000 to Foxx’s super PAC before the March 15, 2016 primary was over, and an additional $75,000 after she won... His bail was 100 grand, he posted a 10,000 bond to get out of jail According to his attorneys, he donated or gave that bond to the city of Chicago Normally, if innocent, you get your bond back That's kind of screwy right there. If I was innocent and out of work, I wouldn't be "donating" anything to the city that incarcerated me. I'd get my money back!
