Some of this is definitely a case of leftwingers versus rightwingers, but also of merely non-leftists or "centrists," moderates and luke-warm liberals too versus flaming libtards.

It's as though the political battle lines are being drawn in today's America. A country that's now a funky, flaky version of what happened in the 1800s between the North and South, between pro-Unionists and pro-Confederates.
