Magnesium make you go to the bathroom often (it's also used as a laxative), but after your body adjusts in a couple weeks it's not as bad. There are several variants of magnesium, I tried the citrate one, which may be the wrong one. When bottle runs out will try a different one. |

Magnesium glutamate and aspartate is related to aspartame, and definitely not good some good kinds are mag citrate, malate and taurate... do some research and find the best one for you also, as a side note, mag and vitimin k are essential for use with vitimin d3 (which, since i started taking over a decade ago, i no longer get sick in the winter). Magnesium taurate or malate, i think doesn't have any laxitive properties but is a bit more expensive. each has their own special benefits as well. . . No clotshot, NEVER! . Mad as hell! . |

Despite their widespread use, these drugs are fraught with a battery of serious side effects, including suicidal ideation and completion -- the last two things you would hope to see in a condition that already has suicidality as a co-morbidity. For this reason alone, natural, safe, and effective alternatives are needed more than ever before. That’s why a powerful study published in PLOS One titled, “Role of magnesium supplementation in the treatment of depression: A randomized clinical trial,” is so promising. Not only is magnesium safe, affordable, and easily accessible, but according to this recent study, effective in treating mild-to moderate symptoms of depression. To summarize the main study outcomes: There was a clinically significant improvement in both Depression and Anxiety scores. 61% of patients reported they would use magnesium in the future. Similar effects occurred across age, gender, severity of depression, baseline magnesium levels, or use of antidepressant treatments. Effects were observed within two weeks. < 50% Wanna Bet That's False?? I take Vegan Magnesium after a workout to replenish. Push on with your wanna be thread that you have no exp in dealing with. Dude, maybe there are levels of depression? I mean people can be depressed from issues in life but not prone to debilitating depression. Or they can be clinically depressed, or chronically depressed. No doubt from what I have studied that mushrooms are very helpful with deep depression, including chronic and clinical, and I am sure they would help with situational depression as well. But not everyone is open to psychedelics. Some people are downright terrified of psychedelics. I think it can be agreed upon that magnesium and therapeutic use of psychedelics are both better options than the pharmaceuticals. (magensium and water make a liquid but feel oily) Ancient Minerals is a pure brand. Rub it on all of your skin. It absorbs in 30 minutes then you can take a shower and wash the left over stickiness off. If you are depleted of magnesium you will get red bumps but this will go away after a couple of uses. Magnesium Oil will NOT cause loose stool because it is directly absorbed and bypasses the gut. Citrate is a crystal which will draw water to it and that is why it creates diarrhea This brand cost 8$ for a bag. Just poor all the crystals in a few mason jars and mix with distilled or R.O. water. I just put my fingers in the jar, but if you like you can put it in a spray bottle for easy apply. used in this way you will have only spent 8 or 10$ on a big bag of 'bath salt' but are not wasting it in one bath, but instead applying it in a spray. This will last you a year |

Without Mg; headaches, muscle soreness, poor sleep. With Mg; great sleep, great crap in the morning, chilled. Can't remember last time I got sick and had to see a doctor either.
