early on for example he was more upfront about the real unemployment saying don't beilive the 6.% rate...he would say its more like 19%, which is true or was a few years ago...if you count very long term unemployed.

you got the U3 number, which he now boast about and the one media boast...they never tell public the broader rate, U6- U9 its still at least 12% or more right now actual. That U3 number just counts 90 day or less unemployed.

After the last real estate bubble burst, as the market recovered, prices began to rise at an unprecedented rate. More recently, thanks to the Fed, interest rates also began to climb.

There is currently a weird, never-before-seen SHORTAGE of properties to purchase AND a refusal of buyers to purchase at current prices.

In other words, millenials are waiting for prices to come down.

If they hold out, this will happen. It is already starting to happen.

In the meanwhile, the market is sitting stagnant.
